Following the recent retirement of Denholm’s senior inspector Bill Peterson and another imminent retirement, there have been some significant changes in the Inspection & Quality department at Denholm, Rees, O’Donnell.

Change is always an opportunity for review and refinement and here is no exception. With new business creating a growing workload, it was clear that Inspection could have become a potential bottleneck. To address this, the department has been physically rearranged to create more space which has allowed the inspection team to be expanded to 3 fully trained and experienced inspectors plus an apprentice who is also learning the skills of quality management.

The new team is also a younger team – a great platform for solid reliable inspection over the coming years.
