After 80 years, Denholm Rees & O’Donnell are outgrowing their 30,000 sq ft premises in the heart of Aintree and the time has come to move.

For those of you who have visited the Aintree site, you will  know that the location, in the centre of a residential area can provide additional land for the development of much-needed housing stock:

For Denholm’s, a move to a dedicated industrial site where everything can be housed under one roof  with room to expand can provide obvious benefits. As an added bonus, the preferred new site is barely 1/2 a mile from the current premises.
