As part of the company commitment to continual improvement, Denholm’s is investing in state of the art CMM (Co-ordinate Measurement Machine) technology from Nikon Metrology.

The system allows Denholm’s to measure finished components with an unrivalled degree of accuracy to ensure that the dimensions of units delivered to customers match exactly with the initial specification.

The new CAMIO Studio Software is an upgrade to the existing system operated by Denholms and has a range of functionality that can handle metrology requirements to extreme precision. Measurement techniques include touch, continuous contact and optical laser probes.

Cost Effective

As well as maintaining the latest production capability. Denholms also recognise the need for cost-management.  The new CMM software features innovative and unique digital scanning using standard touch probes. This is a much more cost effective method than analogue scanning.
